There were over 60 semi-truckloads of dirt dumped March 2024 by Eric’s own admission. There are no permits for this. No dust control. No dust permits. Calls to the city produced no results. In fact, someone called after I requested an update on the dust control to say Eric was issued a permit retroactively. I later told our lawyer and she said there is no such thing. I texted with the guy who told me that and he said he never said it. Interesting.
To this day the uncompacted and uncrusted dirt blows around the Oehler and Hardy lot uncontrollably.
